On May 5-8, 2025, the Dr. Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc. was successfully held the SERVICE SKILLS ASSESSMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION for the Administrative Staff at the Library.

As part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service and supporting professional development, we conducted a Service Skills Assessment and Comprehensive Examination to our Administrative Staff. This will help them to identify their strengths, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure that they continue to exceed customer expectations. This is not a test but a valuable tool to support their success and the success of our team.
