The Graduate School Department of Dr. Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc. successfully conducted a Gender and Sensitivity Training last April 18, 2026, with the theme “Empowering Educators: Advancing Gender Sensitivity in Graduate Education.” The activity served as a vital platform for educators to deepen their understanding of gender-responsive practices, inclusivity, and respect within the academic environment. Through engaging discussions and meaningful exchanges, participants were equipped with the knowledge and values necessary to promote equality, foster safe spaces, and uphold professionalism in graduate education.
