The Administrative Staff of Dr. Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc. successfully held their Retreat Program last April 1–2, 2026, embracing the meaningful theme, “Mirrors and Windows: Reflecting on Self, Looking Toward Our Shared Mission.”This two-day journey provided an opportunity for reflection, renewal, and deeper connection, encouraging each participant to look inward with honesty while opening themselves to the perspectives and purpose of the community. Through moments of prayer, dialogue, and shared experiences, the retreat strengthened unity, inspired personal growth, and reaffirmed the commitment of every staff member to serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence in pursuit of the institution’s mission.
